Why Use Norwegian Kelp?
Norwegian Ascophyllum nodosum, better known as Norwegian Kelp is a natural, non-pollutant product made from fresh growing seaweed. It is the entire content of seaweed in a fully soluble form. Your plants will receive the full range of trace elements and growth stimulants in a form that they can readily absorb through their leaves.
The 12,500 mile Norwegian coastline provides the perfect growing conditions for seaweed. This is the meeting place for the Gulf Stream, arctic waters, and the mineral mountain waters of Norwegian streams. Water temperatures are less the 56°F. The land of the midnight sun provides photosynthesis 24 hours a day to mature kelp.
Seaweed extracts the inorganic substances from the ocean and converts them into organic compounds. It feeds and enriches plants and soil with a wide range of nutrients, growth stimulants, and conditioners. These beneficial elements promote strong and healthy growth while increasing resistance to stressful conditions. The soil will supply the nutrients it contains but these vital resources of nutrients and water must be replaced. Natural processes are far too slow especially under stressful conditions such as pollutants or drought. Foliar feeding provides nutrients the plant can absorb quickly similar to humans receiving I.V. therapy.
Direction for Use
Maxicrop is used as a supplement to your fertilizer program. It will benefit your growing program from plant propagation to harvest. Maxicrop puts the precious costly nutrients inside the plant and into the available reserves in the soil. The seaweed is absorbed through the pores in the leaves and travels through the plant, the excess passing through the rootlet into the Rhizosphere where the microbes thrive. Amounts are adjustable by need. Recommendations are for 1 teaspoon to 2 Tablespoons per gallon.
