CY HOMESTEAD, KENNY LAKE ALASKA, FARMING HAY AND VEGETABLES

We are fairly recent newcomers to the farming profession.  When we purchased our homestead the fields were idle and had not been fertilized for approximately 10 years so our goal was to reestablish the nutrients and microbes in the soil.

We have found using Alaska Sea-Ag's fish fertilizer has helped to rebuild our soils and get things working below the soil surface again. We have experimented with different combinations and applications involving compost and other natural ingredients and have found consistently mixing Alaska Sea-Ag fish fertilizer with our compost gives our plants a big boost throughout the growing season.

Whether you are looking to farm sustainably or just looking for an excellent fertilizer it is hard to beat this natural by-product of our fishing industry that is harvested and made into a fertilizer in Alaska.
